In the kitchen, Head Chef David Gadd and I, Elliot Hewitt, focus on fresh, seasonal food that reflects the best of Kent. With over 25 years of experience in hospitality, my family and I are proud to work closely with local producers and suppliers to create a menu that changes with the seasons offering thoughtful, unfussy dishes that let the ingredients speak for themselves.
